Thank you for participating in SciCoh! We aim to provide a positive and rewarding experience for all our young athletes. Below is our refund policy: Registration Fees: - Registration fees are non-refundable after 8/1/25. Prior to this date, refunds may be granted under certain circumstances outlined below. Refund Eligibility - Refunds may be considered for the following reasons: - Injury or illness preventing participation - Relocation to a different area before the start of the season - Other extenuating circumstances evaluated on a case-by-case basis Refund Requests: - To request a refund, please contact our league administration at scicohsharks@gmail.com

South Shore Football Clinic

SOUTH SHORE FOOTBALL CLINIC REFUND POLICY The South Shore Football Clinic is committed to providing a high-quality, non-contact football clinic experience for all participants. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require a refund. The following refund policy applies to all registrations for the South Shore Football Clinic: Refund Requests: All requests for refunds must be made in email to ssfootballclinic@scicoh.org and received by the South Shore Football Clinic more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled clinic date. Refund requests received within 48 hours of the clinic date will not be considered. Refund Amount: If a refund is approved, the amount of the refund will be the full registration fee minus a $10 administrative fee. Refund Process: To request a refund, please submit a email request to the South Shore Football Clinic via email at ssfootballclinic@scicoh.org. The request must include the participant's name and clinic dates. Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt of the refund request. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment (e.g., credit card refund, check, etc.). No Refunds for No-Shows: No refunds will be given for participants who fail to attend the clinic without prior written notice. Clinic Cancellation: In the event that the South Shore Football Clinic and SciCoh Sharks cancel the clinic due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants. By registering for the South Shore Football Clinic, participants and their parents/guardians acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions of this refund policy.
